"As a boy scout, I learned about how the big dipper has A well-known trick for finding Polaris – the legendary North Star – is that the two outermost stars in the bowl of the Big Dipper point to it. Those stars are called Dubhe and Merak. They're well known among amateur astronomers by the nickname The Pointers. It also how escaping enslaved people found their way to Canada as part of the underground railway. I love that this constellation has a rich history and has guided generations."

"This one is hard for me because I love both so much! I think my favourite is swimming. As a kid, I felt like swimming was like magic. It is basically flying in the water. I swim across my lake at least once weekly and love the feeling of splashing around the water. It's an amazing opportunity to unplug, recharge and let my mind wander in the wake.”
