Meet Andrew (ACE)
Founder and CEO
With over 15 years of experience in B2B sales and growth marketing, Andrew brings strategy, storytelling, and just the right amount of sass to help small businesses scale with confidence.
He's also a Board Director at the Mobile Giving Foundation Canada (MGFC) and a Futures Partner at OCAD U CO, where he contributes to shaping innovation and impact across sectors.
When he’s not building brand authority on LinkedIn, he’s probably hanging out with his two Bengal cats—Ben and Henry—who definitely think they run designACE.
Meet Christine
Founder and COO
Christine sees what others miss. With a background in service design, marketing, and facilitation, she’s spent over 15 years helping small businesses bring clarity to complexity—and turn good ideas into smart, scalable strategies.
She’s also a Partner at MGFC and a Futures Partner at OCAD U CO, where she contributes to bold, community-driven innovation.
Outside of work, Christine unwinds with crossword puzzles, weekend hikes, and the occasional detour into the wild world of home renovations—where she’s learning firsthand what it takes to build (and maintain) a solid foundation. She also shares an office with Comet, her energetic Golden Retriever sidekick and professional stick finder.
Meet Joanna
Marketing & Client Lead
Joanna helps keep our systems aligned, our marketing organized, and our client campaigns running smoothly. She leads content planning, LinkedIn scheduling, newsletter strategy, and project coordination—both for designACE and the businesses we support.
She was also the very first virtual assistant at designACE—proof that strong foundations start with the right people.
Outside of work, Joanna is a dedicated youth volunteer and shares her home with a cheerful crew of dogs, cats, and hamsters. A proud Filipina, she brings heart, structure, and follow-through to everything she touches.

Visual & Graphic Designer
Marco is the design brain behind the brand. With a background in multimedia design and a sharp eye for detail, he creates visuals that don’t just look good—they communicate clearly, convert better, and elevate every touchpoint.
From brand visuals and marketing assets to video editing and email design, Marco brings creative thinking and technical skill to every project—helping small businesses show up with polish and personality.
When he’s off the clock? You’ll probably find him with a guitar in hand—because yes, he’s Filipino, and yes, he’s musically gifted too.
